Announcement

CARS GSA is currently working on the budget for spring semester and we first need information from you before we include conference travel in the budget.  If you plan to attend a conference during spring semester, please email (carsgsa@gmail.com) with the following information:

1. The name of the conference you plan to attend 
2. The estimated costs of your travels including any documentations you may have to support your estimated costs
3. Whether  you plan to present at the conference or attend without presenting. 

Please supply this information before December 21, 2011
